You must be 21 years or older to rent and operate one of our vessels.
Reservation: Advance reservations are recommended.
Insurance: There will be a mandatory insurance purchase requirement at time of rental check in, with 3 different policies to choose from. This insurance purchase is debit or Credit Card ONLY. NO CASH.
Gasoline: Gasoline and oil charges are additional. The tanks are full when you leave. Upon return, tanks are refilled, and you pay only for what has been used.
Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure with a $25 service fee. The deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel in the event of bad weather, high wind, or any other event due to our discretion. Cancellations due to bad weather will not result in a cancellation fee. If on the morning of your rental there is bad weather, simply call us (580-564-2561) to either cancel or reschedule. Bad weather consists of rain within an hour of your rental time, thunder or lightning, 50% or more chance of rain predicted, high winds (20mph+), and other factors within reason. Please keep in mind that lake use may or may not be allowed on the day or your rental. We have no way of predicting what the weather or lake will be like on a future date.
Late Arrivals: Boats will be held 30 minutes before being considered forfeited and therefore made available for re-rental. The deposit will be forfeited. If arriving late, the marina must be notified immediately to hold the boat more than 30 minutes. There is no proration of rental fees for late arrivals. Return time cannot be extended beyond the regular scheduled return time unless approved prior to departure.
Late Returns: Unauthorized late returns will be charged an additional fee of $for each half hour that is kept beyond the scheduled return time. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE TIME YOU BOOK FOR IS THE TIME YOU ARE DUE OUT ON THE WATER. LATE ARRIVALS DO NOT MEAN LATE RETURNS.
Early Returns: There will be no refunds on early returns.
Boater Experience: One person in your group must have a Valid Driver’s License showing operator is 21 years or older and have prior boating experience.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS, WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM ON BOARD!!!
Marina Arrival:
For the ease of the check-in process: ONLY THE driver(s) should head straight to the Ship Store. ALL OTHER BOAT RENTAL PARTIES SHOULD STAY OUTSIDE SHIP STORE ON THE DOCK
Arriving at Your Boat:
Drivers -Check in with a dockhand at the Ship Store
Once you have completed the entire check-in process, you may begin loading your belongings onto vessel
When you and your family are ready to depart, your dockhand will assist with untying and sending you out on your way.
On the Water:
No rafting or tying up to other boats.
Remain at least 50 feet from other boats.
No beaching the boat (running the boat ashore).
No towing other boats.
Returning from Your Rental:
Your dockhand will direct you to the appropriate fuel pump.
The dockhand will fuel your boat, and collect a payment method to cover the cost of fuel used during your rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY A cancellation of any booking requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS require 72 hours’ notice to make changes or cancel. For cancellations prior to the 24-hour/72-hour window, please call Alberta Creek Marina @ (580) 564-2561 or Office @ (580) 564-2552 and a full refund will be credited to the card on file. No refunds will be applied to cancellations within the 24-hour window.
